1. What are cookies?
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on the User’s browser or device when they visit it. Cookies allow the website to remember the User’s actions and preferences (such as language, privacy preferences, shopping cart contents, etc.) for a certain period of time, so that they do not need to be re-entered every time the User returns to the site or browses from one page to another.
This Cookie Policy applies to the website https://shop.ladaurada.com (hereinafter, the “Website”), owned by ONA BEACH CLUB, S.L. (Tax ID B65760886), with registered address at Plaça Trajo de Garbí, Moll de Ponent, s/n, 08800 Vilanova i la Geltrú (Barcelona).
2. Legal framework
The use of cookies on the Website is governed by:
- Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE).
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).
- The Guide on the use of cookies issued by the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
3. Types of cookies used
Cookies can be classified according to different criteria:
According to the entity managing them:
- First-party cookies: these are sent to the User’s device from a device or domain managed by the Data Controller itself.
- Third-party cookies: these are sent to the User’s device from a device or domain that is not managed by the Data Controller, but by another entity that processes the data obtained through the cookies.
According to their purpose:
- Technical or strictly necessary cookies: these enable browsing and use of the Website’s features (remembering items in the cart, maintaining the session, managing cookie consent, etc.). They do not require consent.
- Preference or personalisation cookies: these allow information to be remembered so that the User can access the service with certain characteristics that may differentiate their experience (language, region, etc.).
- Analytics or measurement cookies: these allow the number of visitors to be quantified and the use of the Website to be statistically analysed. They require consent.
- Marketing or behavioural advertising cookies: these store information about the User’s behaviour in order to display personalised advertising. They require consent.
According to their duration:
- Session cookies: these are deleted when the User closes the browser.
- Persistent cookies: these remain stored for a defined period, which can range from minutes to several years.
4. Cookies used on this Website
The table below is generated automatically from the Website’s cookie catalogue, so it reflects at all times the cookies actually installed. It can be consulted, and preferences changed, at any time from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
4.1. Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies allow the Website to function: they keep the contents of the cart while browsing, identify the shopping session, remember the selected language and store the User’s decision regarding cookies. Without them the shop cannot operate and no order can be completed, so, under article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE, they do not require the User’s consent.
4.2. Preference cookies
The Website does not currently install any preference cookies. The cookie that remembers the selected language is classified as strictly necessary, since without it the Website cannot be served in the language chosen by the User. Should personalisation cookies be introduced in the future, this Policy will be updated and consent will be requested before they are installed.
4.3. Analytics cookies
The Website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, which sets the _ga and _ga_T4HN3W3N8W cookies to distinguish browsers and maintain session state, always in aggregate form. It also uses first-party analytics cookies, generated by WooCommerce with the sbjs_ prefix, which record the channel a visit came from — search engine, social network, external link or direct access — in order to measure which channels generate orders. All of them are only installed if the User accepts the “Analytics” category in the settings panel: until then, the tags that create them do not run. If the User does not accept them, Google Analytics operates in cookieless mode and cannot recognise them across visits.
4.4. Marketing cookies
The Website uses the Meta pixel, a technology provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, which sets the _fbp and _fbc cookies and the third-party fr cookie (domain facebook.com) to measure the effectiveness of the Controller’s advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram and to attribute purchases made on the Website to them. They are only installed if the User accepts the “Marketing” category in the settings panel: until then the tag does not run and no User data is communicated to Meta, either from the browser or from the server.
4.5. Payment cookies
When the User proceeds to payment through the MONEI gateway, MONEI may install strictly necessary cookies for processing the transaction and preventing fraud. For more information, see MONEI’s cookie policy: https://monei.com/es/legal/cookies/.
5. Consent
In accordance with Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE, cookies that are not strictly necessary require the User’s prior, free, specific, informed and unambiguous consent. This consent is requested via the cookie banner shown on the first visit to the Website, and allows the User to:
- Accept all cookies.
- Reject all non-necessary cookies.
- Configure each category of cookies individually.
The User may modify or revoke their consent at any time by accessing the settings panel via the “Cookie settings” link available in the Website’s footer.
The record of consents given is kept by the Data Controller for a minimum period of 24 months as evidence of regulatory compliance, in accordance with AEPD recommendations.
6. How to manage cookies from your browser
In addition to the Website’s own settings panel, the User can allow, block or delete cookies installed on their device by configuring their browser settings. Links to instructions for the most commonly used browsers are provided below:

7. Changes to the Cookie Policy

It is therefore recommended that this Policy be reviewed periodically. The date of the last update appears at the beginning of the document.
