Its content and behaviour are outside our control, so we cannot guarantee its level of accessibility.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Gift vouchers in PDF.<\/strong> Vouchers sent by email are generated as PDFs and have not been audited against the accessible-document standard (PDF\/UA). If you need the contents of a voucher in another format, write to us and we will send it to you.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Content from other services.<\/strong> Security verification screens from our network provider may occasionally appear. We do not control their design.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Measures taken<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All text and user-interface contrast ratios have been reviewed to reach at least the 4.5:1 ratio required at level AA, both at rest and on hover.<\/li>\n\n<li>A <strong>high-contrast mode<\/strong> can be switched on from the footer, taking text above level AAA.<\/li>\n\n<li>The whole site can be operated with the keyboard, with a visible focus indicator and a link to skip straight to the main content.<\/li>\n\n<li>All images have alternative text, and purely decorative ones are marked as such so that screen readers ignore them.<\/li>\n\n<li>Form error messages are associated with their field so that the screen reader announces them.<\/li>\n\n<li>The site works in Catalan, Spanish and English, and every page declares its language so that screen readers pronounce it correctly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation of this statement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This statement was prepared on <strong>3 September 2026<\/strong> by means of a <strong>self-assessment<\/strong> carried out by the team that maintains the site, reviewing the code and navigating it with a keyboard and with contrast-checking tools.
