We email it to you as a PDF, automatically, as soon as your payment is confirmed. There is no parcel to wait for and no shipping cost: the digital voucher arrives straight away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Yes. When you buy it you can choose to send it as a gift and enter the name and email address of the person receiving it. The voucher goes straight to them and you get a copy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Yes. If you are giving the voucher to someone, you can choose the date you want them to receive it \u2014 their birthday, for example \u2014 and it will not be sent until then.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Twelve months from the date it is issued. After that the voucher is no longer valid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
No. Vouchers are single use. If you spend less than the value of the voucher, the difference is not refunded and the remaining balance is not saved for another occasion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You pay the difference at the restaurant, like any other item on the bill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Yes, but let us know beforehand: when you book, tell us that someone else will be using the voucher. The only exception is the Personalized Gift Voucher when it has been issued in a specific person’s name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
No. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Look for the email you received it in, which has the PDF attached. If you cannot find it, email us at info@ladaurada.es with your order number and we will try to help. Please note that, under our terms of sale, losing a voucher or having it stolen does not entitle you to a replacement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Book a table by calling +34 938 159 820 and mention that you have a gift voucher. Then just show the voucher when you arrive \u2014 on your phone or printed out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Yes, booking is required for all vouchers. That way we can make sure there is a table and that the menu on your voucher is available the day you come.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Monday to Friday at lunchtime, except public holidays. It includes a starter, a main course and dessert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Any day of the week at lunchtime, for a minimum of two people. Per person it includes a starter, a rice dish, dessert and the first drink. Every menu comes with water, plus a bottle of wine for every four people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Let us know at least 48 hours before your booking and we will prepare an alternative menu. If you have any doubts about the allergens in a particular dish, just ask our staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is a voucher for the amount you choose, redeemable against anything on the menu up to its full value. It is valid any day of the week, at lunch and dinner, within the restaurant’s opening hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Two: home delivery with GLS within mainland Spain, from \u20ac4.80 to \u20ac7.12 per order depending on the area, and collection at the restaurant, which is free.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If we deliver to your door, it depends on where it’s going: \u20ac4.80 in the province of Barcelona, \u20ac5.77 in the rest of Catalonia and \u20ac7.12 in the rest of mainland Spain, per order and VAT included. We don’t ship to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla. Collecting at the restaurant is free, and digital gift vouchers have no shipping cost at all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We prepare your order in one or two working days and delivery takes 24 to 48 hours, so the usual total is two to four working days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We ship within mainland Spain. If you are in the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, or outside Spain, email us at info@ladaurada.es before ordering and we will look at how to get it to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Yes, at no cost. We will email you when your order is ready and you can pick it up at Moll de Ponent in Vilanova i la Geltr\u00fa during opening hours. You have 30 days to come and get it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Credit and debit cards, Bizum, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed by MONEI and we never store your card details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
No. You can check out as a guest, giving only the details needed to process your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You have fourteen calendar days to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, by emailing info@ladaurada.es. Once a voucher has been redeemed its value can no longer be refunded, and personalized vouchers already issued in someone’s name are not covered by the right of withdrawal either.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Yes, within fourteen days of receiving it and as long as it is unused, with its original tags and packaging. Email us at info@ladaurada.es: return postage is at your expense and we send you the new size at no cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
